Victoria's Secret Inspired FOTD

Since I was harping on in my last post, I thought I would give the 'Victoria's Secret' look a go.  I mean I ain't no professional make up artist but I love playing around with products in general and seeing what I can come up with.  I think it's the creative aspect of it that really appeals to me and gets me excited.

It never fails to amaze me though, how much the camera 'pales' your make up.  The eye make up looks reasonably intense in real life but on camera, it seems to come across a lot lighter.  I'm sure you still get the idea though.  I have picked up a lot of tips and tricks since becoming a blogger but there's always something new to learn so I'm always open to suggestions and advice.
Let's get on to what products I used to create the look:

The Base:
Estee Lauder Daywear Plus Sheer Tint Release Formula - this just evens the skin tone and gives a slight bronzed look.  I just think this product is so unique.
Rouge Bunny Rouge Highlighting Liquid in Sea of Showers - An amazing highlighter and worth the money. This creates the glow under the foundation and gives a nice radiance.

The Foundation:
Nars Sheer Glow in Figi & Barcelona (mixed together to suit my current skin tone and applied with fingers)

The Concealers:
Bobbi Brown Colour Corrector in Light to Medium Bisque (to counteract darkness under eyes).
Benefit Erase Paste in Medium (over BB corrector to lighten under eye area)
Estee Lauder Maximum Cover Foundation (used as a concealer around nose and on any blemishes)

The Powders:
Benefit Hello Flawless Powder in Toffee (very lightly dusted over foundation to set)
Korres Monoi Oil Bronzing Powder in no.2 (all over face)
Benefit Hoola (used to contour cheekbones)
Benefit Coralista
Dior Shimmer Powder in Amber Diamond (on tops of cheekbones, on cupid's bow and down bridge of nose).

The Eyebrows:
Benefit Brows a-go-go
Estee Lauder Brow Setting Gel

The Eyes:
Mac Bare Study Paintpot (all over lid as a base)
Illamasqua Pure Pigment in Ore along socket line and extended out and blended past natural outer eyelid)
Rouge Bunny Rouge eye shadow in Unforgettable Oreole (on middle of eyelid and in tearduct)
Jemma Kidd Iridescent Eye Silk Crayon in Tigers Eye (along top lashline)
Lancome Hypnose Precious Cells Mascara (on top lashes only)
Benefit Powderflage (lightly applied under eyes to tidy up any fall out and brighten under eye area)

  The Lips:
Jemma Kidd Hi-Shine Glosstick in Bridgetown
Lancome Juicy Tubes Smoothie in Simmer
