Sad news from Texas as a Rangers fan who fell from the outfield bleacher seats going for a foul ball during last night's Athletics/Rangers game has passed
The incident happened during the 2nd inning after Oakland's Connor Jackson fouled a pitch off and the ball deflected to Texas outfielder Josh Hamilton who threw the ball into the outfield stands.
The fan went to go for the ball and fell into the concrete floor behind the out-of-town scoreboard. He was taken to the hospital and sadly passed away.
