Bend It Like Beckham, David Beckham Scores On Corner Kick


Over the weekend, David Beckham did what David Beckham does best which is bend the soccer ball into the opposing team's goal.

It happened during the Galaxy's weekend match-up with the Chicago Fire as he scores off of a corner kick:

USA Fans Reaction To Wild Women's World Cup Finish vs. Brazil


Unless you were under a rock yesterday, the United States Women's World Cup team pulled out an improbable win in penalties over Brazil with help from a Abby Wambach goal in extra time.

Incredible Game Winning Bicycle Kick Goal In U-17 World Cup

Nice Goal, Darlington Nagby


Over the weekend, the #2 overall pick in the 2011 MLS Superdraft got his first goal of his career as the Portland Timbers rookie Darlington Nagby scored in the 45th minute of their game against Sporting Kansas City.

Canadian Goalkeeper Scores Impressive Goal From Midfield

If you have been a member of the U-17 Canadian soccer team, feel free to celebrate it up this week as they snapped their thirteen game losing streak in the World Championships with a tie against Great Britain.

How they equalized the score is the more interesting thing as Canadian goalkeeper Quillan Roberts kicks it from midfield for the goal:

Raffi Torres Game Winner Propels Canucks to 2011 Stanley Cup Game One Win

The first game of the Stanley Cup Finals came down to a rather dramatic finish with a goal by Vancouver's Raffi Torres in the final thirty seconds of the third period to take home the victory.
