The Lake Country Fielders are a minor league baseball team which play in the North American League.
The Fielders are most known for being owned by actor Kevin Costner but in recent history, the team has had financial issues and most current players haven't been paid for their services this season.
Recently, play by play man Qumar Zaman wasn't pleased with the way the team was heading and decided to quit after a recent Fielders telecast. Below is his epic 4 minute speech:
