Oh Canadian moto, how I’ve missed you. Oh Southwestern Ontario humidity, how you nearly rendered me useless by 1 p.m. What an insane day at the Dunes. As if that track wasn’t challenging enough, Mother Nature decided to turn up the suck with some insanely high temps and stagnant air that was thick with humidity. It was a sweatfest from about 8 a.m. on with particularly nasty conditions in the porta-johns and on the track… Honestly the day was a challenge for spectators and shooters and I really can’t imagine how the riders felt out there… Hats off to everyone who raced… and congrats to winner’s Matt Goerke and Austin Politelli.
