Ultra low bunny ear bars
This 77 xs650 was completely built by Andrew Yocum from the D.C. metro area over a 4 month period. The engine was completely rebuilt, had an electronic ignition installed and is now kick only. The forks were shaved, power coated, and lowered 2½ inches.
The triple trees have had all unnecessary bulk filed off and holes welded prior to coating. The tank is a 67 BSA C15 painted by Blue Moon Kustoms in Oshkosh Wisconsin. Seat is an original Bates on a stainless hinge mounted directly behind the ignition switch.
Rear fender is spun stainless supported by welded rings plated by Brown’s in Paducah Kentucky. 47 Packard tail light packed with LED disk sits next to the factory rear wheel and drum. The battery and regulator have been mounted to the back side of the engine cradle between the factory mid controls with GT pegs welded on.
Exhaust is 1½ inch mild steel also sent to Browns along with the ultra low bunny ear bars for plating.
The frame with looped hard tail sporting a 4 inch stretch and two inch drop were powder coated by Premier Powder Coating of Landover Maryland.
The bike is currently on the market for the right price.
